With your order, you confirm that you:
- have used the same contact lenses as recommended by your specialist for at least 6 months without any problems.
- have been examined by a licensed contact lens optician or ophthalmologist within the past 12 months and no complications with contact lens wear have been noted.
- Stop wearing contact lenses immediately if complications arise and get checked by a licensed contact lens optician or ophthalmologist right away.
We cannot be held responsible for any complications, pain or other problems.

More-Lenses respects the privacy of its customers. No personal information will be sold, rented, lent or transmitted to third parties.

In addition, we make every effort to keep the packaging photos of our suppliers up to date, but we cannot provide any guarantee for packaging changes.

More-Lenses helps you to find the best sales on its website and in the store on the pages called Best Sellers. In no case are these indications criteria for choosing lenses for your eyes. These pages will help you to find the best selling lenses more quickly.
Modifications:
More-Lenses makes every effort to keep detailed information and product illustrations up to date. However, changes by the manufacturers may occur without notice.
Means of payment:
More-Lenses offers various means of payment via secure payment companies:
- by credit card via the Wallee AG platform
- via the Twint application
- via Postfinance
- by payment slip via Swissbillig, transaction fee CHF 2.5
- on delivery to the store via Art Optique Pully SA
Ordering:
When you choose your type of contact lenses, your ocular correction, you are bound by contract and you cannot return it. We decline all responsibility if you make a mistake when ordering and in case of transmission error.
Ownership:
The goods delivered remain the property of Art'Optique Pully SA until the order and delivery have been completed. Changes of address must be communicated to us without delay; otherwise, the customer will assume the costs of address searches.
Delivery:
You can choose between PostPacEconomy delivery (7.30CHF charge) or store delivery (no charge).
Care products are subject to a surcharge (7.30CHF charge) on your contact lens order. Two shipments are usually made.
PostPacEconomy shipping is free for all orders over CHF 180-.
The delivery is ensured according to the services of the Swiss Post. The merchant site declines all responsibility for non-received shipments. Upon receipt of the goods, please check that they are complete and intact. If you have a complaint about the damage of a package, please send us an e-mail immediately to contact@morelenses.ch. The information about the lenses you have ordered is binding.
Delivery times:
The delivery times are given as an indication for each box of lenses ordered.
They vary according to each manufacturer as follows for any order placed before 11am:
- next day (24 hours ) store availability for all Alcon branded spherical lenses.
- availability in the store the day after (48 hours ) for all other brands of lenses.
- 1 week to 3 weeks availability for boxes of 3 lenses and custom made lenses from CooperVision
- For delivery to your address, Alcon, CooperVision and Johnson&Johnson lenses and care products are sent directly from the supplier's stock in PostPackEconomy: in 48-72 hours to your home. For other brands, it takes 72 hours.
- for all lenses, orders are processed and shipped Monday through Friday
- we do everything possible to serve you as quickly as possible
Delivery address:
The customer is obliged to provide a valid delivery address at the time of ordering. If the customer provides an incorrect address, we shall not be obliged to forward the order to the correct address at our expense. The customer shall bear the additional costs of forwarding the order to the correct address.
Satisfaction guarantee:
We accept to take back and exchange within 15 days all products purchased in their original condition and in their sealed packaging. In this case, the shipping costs of the returned products are at the buyer's expense. The following are expressly excluded from this rule: all lens care products, all colored and individually manufactured contact lenses as well as all other accessories such as eyeglasses or sunglasses. All validated orders are due.
Claims:
Contact lenses for which a complaint is made must be returned to us in a container suitable for contact lenses and in a suitable storage solution.
The batch number, customer number and order number must also be indicated, as well as the correction of the lens. Only then can our supplier process the complaint.
Complaints about contact lenses that have dried out cannot be processed. No defect can be shown anymore.
The shipping costs for the return of the goods are at the customer's expense.
Price:
All our prices are in Swiss francs CHF and include 8.1% VAT.
Only Swiss law is applicable. The place of jurisdiction is the domicile of the consumer.
Special remarks:
We expressly reserve the right to change our prices and products as well as our delivery conditions at short notice.
