The site More-Lenses is operated by Art’Optique Pully SAindependent opticians specializing in contact lenses. Our goal is to offer you quality products at the best price, while always respecting your visual health.

1. Conditions for ordering contact lenses

By confirming your contact lens order, you confirm that you:

  • wear without complication for at least 6 months the same type of lenses as those ordered, in accordance with the recommendations of your specialist (optician or ophthalmologist);
  • have been examined by a contact lens specialist in the last 12 months (diploma optician or ophthalmologist), without complications related to contact lens wear;
  • Stop the port immediately Remove your contact lenses in case of redness, pain, decreased vision, persistent discomfort, or any other complication, and consult an eye care professional without delay.

More-Lenses and Art’Optique Pully SA cannot be held responsible in case of complications, pain, or damage resulting from improper use of the lenses or wearing them in a manner not suitable for your medical situation.

2. Data protection and confidentiality

We place great importance on protecting your personal data. The information you provide us (contact details, order data, purchase history, etc.) is used solely for:

  • process your orders and payments;
  • organize the delivery and tracking of your parcels;
  • manage your customer account and your history;
  • to inform you, with your consent, of relevant offers or information.

Your data are ne sold, nor rented, nor lent to third parties. They are only transmitted to service providers essential for processing your order (for example, payment providers, delivery services) and only to the extent necessary.

3. Products, quality, and warranty

More-Lenses is a Swiss online service managed from Switzerland by a qualified optician, contact lens fitter. We exclusively offer products of origin, coming from recognized manufacturers.

We describe our products with the greatest care (water content, material, radius, diameter, weight, packaging photos, etc.). Nevertheless, minor differences may exist between the descriptions and the delivered products, particularly during packaging changes or product line updates by manufacturers.

For colored contact lenses, the final result depends on many factors (natural eye color, brightness, etc.) and cannot be guaranteed.

4. "Best Sellers" pages and recommendations

The "Best Sellers" pages aim to help you find the most frequently ordered items more easily. They in no way constitute medical advice or a sufficient criterion for choosing contact lenses without prior consultation with a specialist.

5. Price, VAT, and modifications

All prices are indicated in Swiss francs (CHF), VAT 8.1% included.
We reserve the right to modify at any time the prices, product selection, information, and visuals without prior notice.

6. Payment methods

Payments via secure providers:

  • Credit card (Wallee AG platform)
  • TWINT
  • PostFinance
  • Payment on delivery at the store Art’Optic in Pully

7. Invoice and reimbursement by insurance

For any reimbursement request with a basic or supplementary health insurance, the invoice must obligatorily mention the last name, first name, and address of the beneficiary.

For accounting reasons, a Order cannot be split in several invoices in the name of different people. Your invoice is available in your More-Lenses customer account.

8. Customer order and responsibility

By selecting your type of lenses and your correction parameters, you enter into a sales contract. It is your responsibility to verify that the chosen values match the prescription provided by your specialist.

In case of order error (incorrect correction, wrong product, etc.), Art’Optique Pully SA's liability is excluded. We can offer a exchange at your expense (see return conditions below), but no refund is not performed for this type of error.

9. Ownership of the goods

The delivered goods remain the property ofArt’Optique Pully SA until full payment of the order and actual delivery.

You agree to inform us without delay of any change of address. In the absence thereof, any costs for address search or re-shipment will be your responsibility.

10. Delivery and shipping costs

Available delivery methods:

  • PostPacEconomy 7.30 CHF
  • In-store pickup at Art’Optic Pully: 3.50 CHF.

Cleaning products may be shipped separately at the PostPacEconomy rate of 7.30 CHF. THE Shipping costs are free from 180 CHF of purchase.

The delivery is carried out by Swiss PostThe risk of loss or theft after depositing the package in your mailbox or pickup point is the responsibility of the recipient.
At the reception, please check the integrity of the package. In case of deterioration, contact us immediately at contact@morelenses.ch.

11. Delivery times (non-binding indications)

For an order placed before 11 a.m., the usual deadlines are:

  • 24 hours Store availability for lenses Alcon ;
  • 48 hours store availability for the other brands ;
  • 1 to 3 weeks boxes of 3 lenses and custom lenses CooperVision ;
  • Home delivery Alcon / CooperVision / Johnson&Johnson in PostPacEconomy: 5 to 9 business days.

The processing and shipping of orders take place from Monday to FridayWe do our best to meet or improve these deadlines, without being able to guarantee them.

12. Right of return and satisfaction guarantee

You have a 15-day satisfaction guarantee from the receipt date, for a return or exchange under the following conditions:

  • produced in their original state ;
  • packaging and boxes intacts and sealed ;
  • unopened, unused, and resellable products.

THE return shipping costs, as well as the cost of returning the new product (8.50 CHF), are the responsibility of the buyer.

Are excluded from any return or exchange cleaning products, colored contact lenses, custom-made individual products, and accessories (vision or sunglasses).
Any order validated and delivered according to these conditions is payable.

13. Complaints about lenses

In case of a suspect lens (defect, discomfort, etc.), please send it back to us for analysis:

  • in a suitable container lens case or container
  • in preservation solution ;
  • with the lot number, your customer number, the order number and the correction concerned.

The lentils dried or preserved without solution cannot be examined.
Return shipping costs are the responsibility of the customer, unless otherwise agreed in writing.

14. Applicable law and jurisdiction

These terms are exclusively subject to Swiss law.
The for legal is located at the consumer's home, in accordance with legal provisions.
