1. Who are the weekly lenses intended for?
The lentils spherical weekly like Precision7 are designed for a replacement every week. Elles offrent un bon compromis entre hygiene (renouvellement fréquent) et budget.
They are particularly suitable for wearers who want a lens fresher than a monthly issue, without going to the daily. Your optometrist remains the reference to confirm if this rhythm is suitable for your eyes.
2. What is the recommended wearing duration?
As with all soft contact lenses, the wearing duration must adhere to the limits of material and your specialist's recommendations:
- Hydrogel generally up to 12 hours per day.
- Weekly replacement a new pair each 7 days maximum
Over a period of approximately 2 monthsa full-time port practically represents 8 to 9 pairs per eye Do not exceed the wearing time, even if the lens still seems comfortable.
3. Is there a more effective weekly lens?
The weekly lens segment is more limited than the daily or monthly segments. In most cases, if your specialist has prescribed you Precision7, it is already one of the best available options in this category
In case of discomfort or dryness, the first step remains to review the adaptation with your optometrist: sometimes a change in material, geometry, or frequency (switch) (for daily ones, for example) will be more relevant than a simple brand change.
